If you were to ask most people, weight loss is not an easy feat to accomplish. This, of course, will depend on the diet program you're using as not all diets are created equally as far as ease and comfort go.
But, if you do know some basic principles to follow, losing weight doesn't need to seem quite as tricky as many people make it out to be.
I generally get a lot of e-mails where people are asking if they can have this food instead of that, and so on. Typically, if the food has a similar calorie value and you're already meeting your protein needs for the day (or you are replacing one protein source for another), it's not going to make that big of a difference in the grand scheme of things.
